Information you provide
The public contact form collects your name, email address, optional telephone number, area of interest, and message. If A&R Realty creates secure-office access for you, the office also processes account details and the documents you or the brokerage place in your assigned records area.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank-account details, government identification, or other sensitive information through the public contact form.
How information is used
A&R Realty uses submitted information to respond to inquiries, provide requested real estate services, administer secure-office access, maintain required brokerage records, protect the website, and comply with legal obligations. A&R Realty does not sell personal information or use the website for behavioral advertising.
Public inquiries
The public website does not save contact-form submissions in a website database or document bucket. The form securely forwards the submission to A&R Realty's Google Workspace mailbox using Amazon Web Services. The message may then remain in office email and business records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, resolve disputes, or satisfy legal and brokerage-record obligations. It is deleted when it is no longer reasonably required for those purposes.
Secure-office records
Secure-office accounts are authenticated by Amazon Cognito. Office documents are stored in private, encrypted, versioned Amazon S3 storage with a separate protected recovery copy. Authorized users receive only the access assigned to their role. Authentication information kept by the browser is stored for the current browser session and is cleared when the user signs out.
Brokerage records are retained according to A&R Realty's records policy and applicable Illinois requirements. Closing an account ends access but does not automatically delete records that the brokerage must retain.
Providers and external links
Amazon Web Services processes limited information for website hosting, security, form delivery, authentication, logging, and secure records storage. Google Workspace receives and stores office email. Google Fonts supplies the site's typefaces and may receive ordinary connection information such as an IP address and browser details when a page loads. The launch site does not use a visitor analytics service or non-essential advertising cookies.
Links to Homes.com, government resources, review sources, or other third-party sites open services governed by those organizations' own privacy practices.
Security and choices
A&R Realty uses access controls, encryption, restricted storage, and limited-duration document links to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. You may ask about information you submitted, request a correction, or ask whether information can be deleted, subject to legal and brokerage-record retention requirements.
